陵水万福农业开发有限公司是一家涉农民营企业，2005年经资产重组后依法登记成立。注册资本110万元人民币，法人代表林万晶。公司在陵水、三亚、乐东等地拥有多个标准化种养基地。公司现有员工236人，其中，管理和技术人员15人。截至2006年末，公司资产达8160万元。
公司主要经营海水养殖、优质果菜标准化生产、农产品流通等。公司先后在北京、东北、华北、华南、华东等区城市建立起农产品流通网络，是琼南地区规模较大的农产品购销企业之一。仅芒果外销一项就占有琼南地区40%以上的市场份额，年度销售收入达7200万元。
公司秉承“诚信履约、关怀社会”的经营宗旨，使公司赢得了国内外同行和客户的普遍信赖。2005年被海南省政府评定为省级农业产业化重点龙头企业，公司属下的三亚崖城农产品购销市场连续三年被评为三亚市“守合同重信用”单位，连续五年被海南省政府授予农产品“运销大户”称号。

Wanfu Agricultural Development (Linshui) Co., Ltd. is private enterprise engaged in agricultural production. It was registered in 2005, with a sum of RMB 1.1 million Yuan as registered capital and Mr. Lin Wanpin as its legal person. At present it has 236 employees, among them are 15 managerial and technical staff. By the end of 2006, its assests amount to RMB 81.6 million.
The company’s major operations include offshore aquaculture in Lingshui County, high-quality fruit and vegetable production in Ledong, and marketing of agricultural products in Sanya City. Soon it will move into freshwater fish farming. With a marketing network covering Beijing and other big cities throughout eastern half of China, it is one of the biggest trading companies in agricultural products in southern Hainan. For example, it occupies more than 40% of market share in mongo trade in Hainan with a sale value of RMB 72 million each year. It has plan to expand into other fields in the near future.
With its emphasis on fair deal and company social responsibility, the company has won general trust among its colleagues and customers home and abroad. It has been designated as ‘Hainan Priority Enterprise in Agriculture Industrialization’ since 2005. The Sanya Yacheng Agricultural Product Market, one of its subsidiary, has been honored as ‘Contract-honoring and Faithful Market” by Sanya City Government 2002-04 in a row. Since 2002 it has also been renowned as a “Jumbo Agricultural Trade Dealer” by the Hainan Provincial Government annually.
